Drishti Yogshala Rishikesh
During this teacher training program, you will be staying at Drishti Yogshala Rishikesh. It provides a very peaceful and relaxing scenery, and it is the perfect oasis for you to grow and reconnect. The ashram has private and twin-sharing rooms. Each room has its own bathroom with a hot water rain shower, balcony or small terrace, desk, wardrobe, and sitting space.
The rooms
All rooms have high ceilings, big windows, and lots of natural light coming in. Drishti Yogshala offers filtered drinking water facilities. They also provide clean bed sheets, pillows, toilet paper, blankets, towels, and other basic amenities like soap and sanitizer.
Wi-Fi is available for everyone. Laundry service is also available at a small charge. Rooms at the campus are shared by the same gender, but wife and husband, and mother and daughter, can share their room if both are doing a yoga teacher training program. If they will not be doing the course, they can stay with you at a minimal cost.
The accommodation is provided in the same building as the classes, so it is convenient for the students. Shops, ATMs, healthcare, bike rentals, and cafes are all near the school, within walking distance.

This 58-day 500-hour beginners to intermediate multi-style yoga course with Ayurveda and sound healing is an extensive and comprehensive course designed for individuals interested in becoming proficient in various styles of yoga.
This course spans two months, offering a total of 500 hours of training. Throughout the months, participants will engage in vigorous sessions. This training course aims to provide a solid foundation in different aspects of yogic disciplines that will prepare them to adopt yoga as their life profession.
In addition, this 500-hour yoga training course includes mantra recitation (mantra - japa), daily joints and glands practices (granthi - vimochana - kriya), yoga postures (yoga asanas), meditative steps of doing asanas, six cleansing exercises (shat karma), the science of breath (pranayama), yoga energy locks (bandha) and yoga gestures (mudra), meditation (dhyana).
Also included are yogic sleep (yoga Nidra), history and philosophy of yoga (yoga darshana), yogic anatomy and physiology of the human body, basic principles of Ayurveda, asana alignment practicum classes, yoga teaching practice, and teaching methodology.

Dr Hemlata is a professionally qualified physiotherapist who has successfully completed her post graduation in the field of physiotherapy and research. She had gone through the combined institute of medical science and research (CIMSR), Dehradun where she obtained doctorate degree in Physiotherapy.
Yogi Dheeraj Chauhan
Yogacharya Dheeraj Chauhan Ji began his yoga journey in 2008. His expertise includes traditional Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, adjustment and alignment, pranayama, Shatkarma (cleansing technique), and multicultural wellness. Yogacharya Dheeraj Chauhan Ji learned yoga under the famous and renowned yoga guru in Rishikesh.

The training will take place in Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, is located on the banks of the sacred River Ganga, surrounded by the view of the Himalayas and pristine forests, giving you a breathtaking view. It is a small town in Uttarakhand.
