The 200-hour Fusion Yoga Teacher Training is all about meditation, mantra chanting, Shatkriya, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, anatomy, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, group discussion along with practicing various levels of asanas and deriving their benefits.

The training program will prove to be one of the most memorable experiences of your life, which will change your perspective on life and the way you look at it. It will bring enlightenment and also help you in becoming a good teacher.

How to get there

You can use modes of transport like air, rail, and road to reach the destination. You can take a flight to the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun as it is about 35 kilometers away from Rishikesh, which is said to be the closest. When coming by bus, there are connecting buses from Haridwar, New Delhi, and Dehradun. Stop at the railhead in Haridwar as that is close to the destination. You can take a taxi from the railway station, and it will be just about 15 kilometers of the journey.
