The Somatic Healing Yoga Retreat was an incredibly healing experience, made even more special by the wonderful teachers, Marina and Katerina. Their guidance through each session was both nurturing and empowering. Marina’s calming presence during the Yin Yoga classes helped me release deep-seated tension, while Katerina’s expertise in Thai massage brought a sense of deep relaxation and healing. The Yoga Nidra sessions were a beautiful way to tap into a deeper state of peace. The setting at Zeus Village was unique, and the community we built during the retreat was so supportive.
