This course helps you to learn the basic roots of yoga & helps you to build confidence. The Vedic or yoga gurus inspire the candidates to get a
peaceful mind and body.
This yoga teacher training course focuses on the foundations of the hatha yoga practice in the areas listed below. Students must develop their own yoga practice in the key areas during the training. Further to this, all students need to consolidate their learning by teaching hatha yoga in practice sessions throughout the training. The trainees will be qualified to teach hatha yoga to group classes as well as clients in 1-2-1 settings.
Wellness retreats are designed to give you the best experience of yogic life and to help make your life stress-free and relaxed. The wellness retreats are a beautiful combination of yoga classes and meditation sessions. You’ll get yoga Nidra sessions and Ayurveda massages to relax your body and mind.
There are 3 types of asana classes during the retreat: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha. You are free to choose which class you want to join. Apart from asanas, you’ll get daily morning meditation sessions that will keep your mind calm and focused throughout the day. Meditation and chanting will fill you with peace you never thought possible.
