Sound healing meditation course and retreat
Become a sound healer and add Tibetan singing bowl meditation to your yoga and meditation classes, Reiki energy therapies, or other holistic offerings.
This is an immersion-style course, offering intensive study, personal practice, and healing. The course includes morning yoga classes and daily theory and practice hours. You will still have free time to explore the area and enjoy Costa Rica. Therefore, the course also resembles an educational retreat.

Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries in Eastern cultures, before becoming popular around the world. The bowls are used in a variety of ways - in group and private settings, paired with yoga, meditation, Reiki, therapy, and more.
Sound baths
Sound baths are incredibly soothing, invigorating, and rejuvenating, they are suited for everyone and are beneficial on many levels. Sound therapy with Tibetan bowls is based on the effect the harmonious tones and sound frequencies have on the neurological level.

Instructors
Matea Zajec
In college, Matea Zajec lived in an ashram, rising early for meditation and practicing Seva, while studying ancient yogic texts and theology books. She graduated with a degree in Eastern Religions and Philosophy. After years as a yoga teacher, she founded Hari OM Yoga & Ayurveda school. Matea is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Anusara, and Hatha yoga). She is also an Aerial yoga instructor, Tibetan singing bowl sound healer, meditation teacher, and Reiki master.
Location
Tamarindo is a beautiful surf beach town on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica (Central America). The weather there is warm year long, with occasional showers during the rainy season.
