- Lights are out by 10:00 p.m. You are requested to maintain silence post-hours for a serene atmosphere.
- Smoking, drinking, and use of any substance on campus is strictly prohibited. Individuals found misbehaving, disrespecting others, smoking, or drinking on the premises will be swiftly removed without warning.
- Please take care of your belongings as India Yoga School is not liable for their safety.
- Laundry services come with additional charges.
- Only residents have access to the rooms; unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited from entering.
- Avoid food wastage; consume mindfully to minimize leftovers.
- Kindly notify them if you are not comfortable with physical adjustments and alignment of asanas during the classes.
- Only vegetarian food is permitted in the yoga shala.
- Please let them know about your food preferences - vegan/ gluten-free, lactose-free, etc., for them to make the necessary arrangements.
- India Yoga School encourages you to maintain the serenity of the shala and surroundings by keeping them tidy. Remember to return mats and props after use to their designated places.
- In India Yoga School classes, they occasionally capture moments through photos and videos. Your comfort is their priority, so please let them know in advance if you prefer not to be included in any visual content.
- You are requested to come back before 10:00 p.m. if you venture outside the premises.

Shivansh was born in a traditional Bhakti yogi family; he learned the traditional Bhakti yoga practices in his childhood from his grandmother. He learned yogic concepts from different masters all over the India. From the very Southern India, to the Northern India and the far North-Eastern parts of India, Shivansh has explored many variations of yoga practices and philosophies, this variety of yogic experiences have evolved into the deep practical knowledge that he shares with his students.
Archita Rege
Archita boldly followed her heart's desire to teach yoga. Her passion for this ancient discipline resonated deep within, calling her to explore its profound teachings. Being a company secretary by qualification, she had no hesitation in pursuing this path. As she further advanced in her own practice, she uncovered the transformative power of yoga. Rashmi Sinha
Rashmi, hails from a beautiful town in Meghalaya and stumbled upon the vast world of yoga during her late teenage years.
