Certifications
The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
There is a difference between understanding the body intellectually and knowing it from the inside. This immersion bridges that gap. You will leave with a continuing education certificate, Yoga Alliance eligible hours, and something no qualification can quantify: a deeper, embodied relationship with fascia, breath, and feminine wisdom, so you can truly hold space for others.
Who is this for
This retreat is for you if…
- You are a yoga teacher seeking CE hours in a living, embodied environment, not another online training. You want to weave fascia therapy into your sessions and teach from a deeper place.
- You are a breathwork coach or bodyworker wanting to expand into somatic, fascia-informed practice. You work with bodies and breath and want to understand the connective tissue beneath both.
- You are a woman in healing work drawn to the deeper feminine dimension: womb, breath, and elemental wisdom. You are ready to receive as much as you give.
The work
Fascia release is not stretching. It is listening.
Fascia is the continuous web of connective tissue that wraps every muscle, organ, nerve, and bone in your body. When it becomes restricted through stress, old injury, or held emotion, you feel it everywhere.
With slow, sustained pressure and conscious breath, we soften into the fascial layer and invite the nervous system to release. This is the foundation of everything we teach in this immersion, and what you will bring home to your own students and clients.
Program
Five days of immersive study and restoration. Each day includes morning practice, educational sessions, movement, and restorative time.
