BikYasa (Hot) yoga
In this module, you will learn how to stand up and teach with your words to guide students. One of the most important skills of a yoga teacher is how to use language to guide, inspire, and engage a room of students to move together.
BikYasa yoga is a healing sequence inspired by the Hot 26 and Ashtanga yoga principles. Combined with modern music and silence, you will understand the magic of teaching yoga.
Yin (Yin) yoga
In this module, you will learn about anatomy - both Western and Eastern views of the body. Discover what makes Yin yoga different from Restorative yoga. Learn how to sequence and know the effects of poses on the energetic body. Also have an in-depth view of the meridian system, along with yoga history and introduction to yoga philosophy.
Vinyasa (flow) yoga
In this module, you will learn all about yoga sequencing, when to add arm balances, and when to add inversions. Learn how to teach by example, and how to create your unique yoga experience.
This module explores yoga philosophy in more depth, and how to communicate these deeper ideas. Learn the difference between yoga poses that heal the body and yoga poses that are just for show. Uncover the stories behind the yoga poses.

What a training day looks like:
As intense as this training is, it is filled with nature, educational excursions, and private time. This schedule has been devised over a 25-year period leading teacher trainings, by a yoga master with degrees in psychology, nutrition, and coaching.
- 07:00 - Personal Reflection Practice (meditation, sunrise gaze)
- 08:00 - Yoga class practice (starting day 6, trainees will begin teaching this class)

Included excursions
The excursions will be learning sessions in a fun setting. In the waterfall hike, you will also review social media marketing, branding, and yoga business. Pink dolphin tour will give insight into Buddhism, spiritual powers, and how ideas travels from India across Asia. The three temple caves tour will offer a real life view into the ideas and history you will be learning in your training.

Gabriel Azoulay
Gabe's ability to easily and clearly describe 'why' some classes move you deeply both physically and emotionally, while others do not, will transform your practice, your teaching skills, your confidence, and student retention. He has become a practitioner for 25 years and has been leading yoga teacher training summer since 1998.
Location
Khanom Beach is Thailand's secret paradise. Over the pandemic, the quiet paradise known as Khanom has been discovered by both local and international community.
Khanom Yoga director and program leader has been leading retreats and trainings there since 2012. While nature is abundant throughout Thailand, Khanom offers a rare sense of peace and tranquility not found anywhere else in the world. Whether it is the ancient temple caves, the only area with pink dolphins, or the clean, no traffic air - once you visit, you will forever be changed.
