The use of powerful mantras like AUM raises inner energy, fostering metabolic augmentation and aiding in healing.
Healing with mantras
Each change corresponds to specific organs, influencing their functions positively. By placing Sanskrit mantras within targeted organs (nyasa), ailments can be alleviated and infections treated. Mantra meditation also liberates from repetitive thoughts, providing a window to understand and transcend negative emotions like pride, greed, and anger.
