Accommodation
This teacher training will take place at The Inner Peace Sanctuary in Tuscany, Italy. The sanctuary is a traditional Tuscan country residence tucked away in a deep chestnut forest on a hill with views of the Mediterranean Sea. It offers a feeling of truly being away from it all, while still being able to reach civilization in a mere half-hour. It's dedicated to spiritual practice, retreating into yourself, and living a healthy lifestyle in a small supportive community.
During this training, you will stay either in private or shared accommodations. The Inner Peace Sanctuary has several twins and double rooms, a five-bed female dorm, as well as well-appointed campers and a cabin in the garden, all created with comfort and traditional beauty at heart.
Your stay at the Inner Peace Sanctuary will be ‘ashram style', which means silence from 10 pm to 8 am and communally engaging with the space by cleaning your plates, taking on chores around the house, and keeping all spaces orderly. This is in no way a fully serviced hotel-like environment; it will be an authentic immersion of living with two senior yogis at their forest sanctuary, respectful of the environment, privacy, and hygiene.

About the training
This training is for those who would like to teach yoga from spiritual experience, going into their depths, becoming confident, fearless, and inspiring in the process. Those who feel an urgent desire to explore the truth of existence by studying and practicing a wide range of knowledge and techniques from ancient wisdom traditions passed down through the ages by highly evolved beings for the benefit of all.
This course ensures that you will be adequately prepared to guide future students confidently and successfully.
Each course includes a special module on a yogic topic to go deeper into.
This includes an optional silent meditation retreat that you can take within 18 months after your training if you like, a practice that has always been counted as key to discovering the deeper layers of yourselves and existence at large.
On the day off you will explore a gorgeous Tuscan town, which is optional
Overview
Instead of an overly gymnastic approach, their classical style of Hatha / Kundalini yoga focuses extensively on the stillness of body and mind in each posture to be recognized as the source and background of your being. This safe approach allows for deep self-inquiry, profound insights, and lasting inspiration.

Class Schedule
The course consists of two weeks of classes, five days per week, from 07:00 until 13:30 and 16:30 to 19:30, complemented by a silent meditation retreat.

Instructors
Arjuna Dharma Das
Arjuna has been studying and practicing eastern spiritual traditions in India, Thailand, Mexico and Europe since 1998. He started his path and deep soul journey when he discovered Theravada Buddhism and Vipassana meditation along with Shivananda Yoga. Apart from practicing hatha yoga and meditation, he is a fiery bhakta, immersed in devotional songs and chants most of the time. He aspires to bring awareness and love into every breath. From the Heart, he would like to offer his deepest gratitude to all his beloved teachers across the world.
Arpita Kshama Devi
Arpita (MA Eastern Studies) is a dakini with many facets. Sometimes scholar, sometimes worshipper she combines wisdom traditions with devotional practices into One. In her late teenage years, she started a formal practice of yoga as a student in the Satyananda tradition, which inspired her with its traditional approach to the ancient science and wisdom of yoga. Her passion is to teach by example, to open her Heart to every moment and let it pass right through her until there is nothing left but Everything.

Take the train to our closest station, which takes about one hour from Florence or Pisa.
Love. Evolve. Awaken - Inner Peace Sanctuary will pick you up from the train station on arrival day at 16:00.
If you fly into Bologna, Milan, or Rome, they recommend not taking a domestic flight, but the super comfy train. This way, you get to see much more of the country and even save time. They will happily assist with train scheduling, or you can use the Trenit app.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 16.36% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
