Her objective is to share a transformative journey through deep Yoga practices, adjusted to each person according to their needs and experience. Born and raised in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, Varun has lived and breathed yoga since birth. More than a practice, yoga has always been his way of life—rooted in tradition, guided by discipline, and inspired by a deep sense of purpose. As a dedicated Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Varun brings years of experience in asana, pranayama, meditation techniques, and mantra chanting. His classes are thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are—whether beginner or advanced—offering accessible variations, personalized adjustments, and a steady focus on breath and alignment.
