7 Day 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Tapovan, India
Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training will take you through a journey of Yin Yoga that covers philosophical and anatomical theory, multiple healing practices, and understanding the teaching methodology and an experience to deliver the Yin yoga class to fellow students. The practice of Yin yoga poses is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This yoga form releases tension as well as tightness in the body's connective tissues, such as ligaments, fascia, and tendons. Other yoga styles mainly strengthen and stretch muscles, but yin yoga targets deep connective tissues of the body, due to which it helps to maintain joint flexibility and mobility. Practitioners of this yoga style hold their Yin yoga postures with the use of props such as blankets, blocks, or bolsters for support.

The concept of Yin yoga is based on the principles of the Taoist tradition of ancient China. In the Taoist tradition, there is the concept of Yin and Yang, in which Yin symbolizes the passive, dark, still, and cool as well as receptive aspects of nature, like the moon, night, femininity, and the earth. The Yang, conversely, represents light, activity, heat, and dynamism. It is linked to the sun, daytime, masculinity, and the heavens.
A Yin yoga course in Rishikesh is a good practice to be incorporated by everyone in their daily life. In today's day and age either you are all hyperactive and tensing your muscles through intense physical activity or you are used to long seated or standing jobs, which also creates tension in the form of stiffness of muscles
This yoga form is beneficial, as it releases tension or stiffness from muscles where it is commonly experienced, such as hips, chest, and lower back, as well as legs. Athletes also get benefits from Yin Yoga, such as improved range of motion as well as reduced injury risk.
