Program

How the training works

You will need Zoom and a reliable internet connection to participate in the training. The app is compatible with mobile, desktop, and tablets. Live classes for one month will be recorded and shared with you. If you can not attend the live classes, you can watch the recorded version. The live Q&A session is every Saturday. You will have access to all the course materials for one or five years and you are free to complete the course at your own pace within one or five years.

Timing of sessions (GMT+5:30)

Namaste Yoga School is based in Rishikesh, India (India Standard Time, GMT+5:30). The live sessions will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Indian time for 30 days.

  • Opening ceremony: On the 1st at 08:00 p.m.
  • Live classes: From 2nd to 29th.
  • Closing ceremony: On the 30th at 08:00 p.m.
  • Free day: Sunday is a holiday and there will be no live class taught.

Curriculum

200-hour online YTT that they offer delivers traditional, theoretical, and practical training to yoga practitioners and makes them rise from students to yoga teachers. All trainees come out from TTC as highly confident teachers with strong teaching skills getting ready to start their careers. Besides developing the art of teaching, trainees also get a complete understanding of practicing yoga asana, mantra chanting, philosophy, anatomy, mudras, pranayama, and Ayurveda, along with meditation, and some contemporary yoga techniques.

The curriculum they have designed gives you all the essential elements needed to deepen and enrich the yoga practice and teach students with utmost confidence. The expert teacher’s team helps you and guides you right from the fundamental stage of taking a class to teach with utmost ease as well as confidence.
