Antonio Loddo
Born in Sardinia, Italy, I've been drawn to philosophy and body/mind awareness since an early age, I love sharing this curiosity through teaching. Living in different countries, yoga has naturally become a central part of my life, guiding both my practice and my understanding of life. I hold the E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance certification, earned in Thailand and India, where I return regularly to deepen my studies at the source in Mysore. I've participated in international courses and workshops to refine my knowledge and teaching.
