What is the difference between Kundalini yoga and other styles of yoga?
Kundalini yoga stands out from other styles due to its emphasis on awakening spiritual energy through dynamic movements, breathwork, meditation, and mantra chanting. Unlike some traditional yoga styles that focus primarily on physical postures, Kundalini yoga seeks to balance the body's energy centers (chakras) and elevate consciousness. This style often incorporates rapid, repetitive movements and unique kriyas (sequences) to stimulate energy flow, making it distinct in its approach to holistic well-being and spiritual awakening.
You may build your own sadhana and identify your own energetic obstacles with the aid of this Kundalini yoga teacher training program. Instructors will go into great detail regarding how Kundalini energy passes via the chakras. Through regular spiritual practice or sadhana, Nirvana Yoga School hopes to be able to start, maintain, and manage kundalini awakening.
This course offers deepened personal practice, an understanding of Kundalini principles, and the opportunity to become a certified instructor. Participants can experience enhanced physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth, while also building confidence, joining a supportive community, and gaining tools for stress reduction and holistic well-being.
