Trainees will be able to practice intermediate series of Ashtanga asana sequence, how to give hands-on adjustment. Trainees will learn basic and advance yogic breathing techniques called pranayama. Trainees will learn the philosophy of Pathanjali Yoga Sutras Samadhi Pada, Sadhana Pada, Vibhuti Pada, Kaivalya Pada. Trainees will learn active and passive meditation techniques. Trainees will learn basic and advanced anatomy for yoga and understand articulation of body parts based on asanas. Trainees will learn basic skills in business, marketing, and ethics of yoga

Jagadamba Stella
Stella is a yoga practitioner working at Nirvana Yoga Shala teaching Kundalini yoga, Tantra Yoga, Bhakti, Meditation, Pranayama. She completed several Trainings in yoga: Hatha yoga, traditional Tantra yoga, Kundalini yoga, (Traditional Kundalini yoga), also Nada yoga, Bhakti, and kirtan. Her background in shamanism and healing energy makes her classes full of knowledge about the flow of energy and the chakra system. Kundalini classes are dynamic, positive, and assist in profound transformations. She is passionate about teaching, her classes focus on the practice of teaching developing skills.
