An experienced yoga teacher, teaching Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She runs regular in-person and online classes. along with one-on-one sessions. Candice found yoga after a major operation and fell in love with how it made her feel inside and out. This is why she then went on to do her 500-hour yoga teacher training to help others not only find yoga but to help them continue and share her passion for it. She teaches around her busy schedule of working full-time, being a wife, mum to four, and nana to 1! Her ambition is to own her own retreat center, somewhere warm and tranquil.
