Prem Bahadur
Prem Bahadur Shah is a 28-year-old yoga teacher. He moved to India at the age of 19 and joined Upaya Yoga’s Teacher Training school in 2014, starting his career as a master in Indian Yogic Saatvik Vegetarian food, working as a kitchen chef and as a manager. However, he soon realized that cooking was not his only passion, working and living in a yogic environment became a stimulation, awakening a deep curiosity and interest in yoga practice. In 2015, he finally decided to change the course of his life, starting his own yogi practice with some gurus.
Sanjeev Singh Madan
Madan is a yoga teacher and Thai yoga massage therapist. Madan was born near Lubmini, the birthplace of Buddha, in the South of Nepal. At the age of 12, he has been introduced to yoga by a Yogi Master from the Himalayas, with whom he has been practicing yoga for some time. From that moment, yoga became a fundamental part of his life. He completed several yoga teacher training and studied yoga philosophy and Thai yoga massage therapy in various universities and schools of India. For many years, Madan teaches yoga in groups as well as he gives private classes in Nepal and India.

Please arrange your flight to arrive at Pokhara Airport (PKR). Transfers are included in the package, Pokhara Yoga School and Retreat Center will pick you up from the airport.
Connected internationally, the closest airport would be Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. Multiple flights from various destinations run to and from Kathmandu. You can land at the international airport in Kathmandu and take a bus, car, or flight to Pokhara.
Directions from India
If you are coming to Pokhara from India, you will find multiple points of entry into Nepal. Some of the entry points are Kakkarbhitta (West Bengal), Biratnagar (Bihar) Birgunj (Bihar) Sanauli, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, and Mahendranagar all across the border from Uttar Pradesh. Take a bus or car ride to Pokhara.
