Pokhara Yoga School and Retreat Center has private rooms with a king-size bed and twin sharing rooms, as well as 24-hour hot / cold showers. It is located in a peaceful and quiet place, where you will feel like you're in a real yogic place. The food provided will be organic and from the garden.

The yoga shalas, which are accessible all day, are built with large glass windows to enhance the mountain view. More space for yoga practice, self-reflection, and relaxation can be found on the rooftop area and on several balconies.

The Ashtanga classes will start with breaking down the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa to perfect the asana, alignment, and adjustments that will allow deep and gentle healing while letting your true side shine brightly. After some time, you will move on to the intermediate series.

Arrival by airplane

Please arrange your flight to arrive at Pokhara Airport (PKR). Pick up upon arrival is included in the package, Pokhara Yoga School and Retreat Center will pick you up from the airport.

Connected internationally, the closest airport would be Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. Multiple flights from various destinations run to and from Kathmandu. You can land at the international airport in Kathmandu and take a bus, car, or flight to Pokhara.

Please plan a connecting flight from Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) to Pokhara Airport (PKR). Airport pick-up from Pokhara Airport (PKR) is included in the package. You can also arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu and then take a bus or car to Pokhara.

Arrival by bus

If you will be coming to Pokhara from India, you will find multiple points of entry into Nepal. Some of the entry points are Kakkarbhitta (West Bengal), Biratnagar (Bihar) Birgunj (Bihar) Sanauli, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, and Mahendranagar, all across the border from Uttar Pradesh. Take a bus or car ride to Pokhara.
