First off, where you crash matters; no one wants to try inner peace while their bed feels like a medieval torture device. So, Pratham Yoga actually put some thought into making the place comfortable and chill. Here are some of the unique points about their accommodation facilities:

  • Rooms that do not feel like closets - they are roomy, full of sunlight, and have simple vibes (none of that over-the-top cheesy yoga decor)
  • Your own bathroom with hot water and all the basic essentials — no awkward “whose flip-flop is that” hallway shower moments
  • Stay connected with Wi-Fi, so you can post pics of your “spontaneous” mountain reflection session
  • Fresh mountain air and stunning views of Rishikesh all around you
  • Pratham Yoga feeds you well with clean vegetarian meals, so you’re fueled without worrying about your stomach

Probably the best bit: it feels safe, like a home base where everyone’s there for the same “find yourself” reason. There are also quiet corners for when you want to meditate, read, or just pretend to meditate and actually nap for some time. It is all pretty chill, super clean, and sets you up for max yoga vibes.

Food

Nourish your body, mind, and soul with the vegetarian food at Pratham Yoga. There will be three solid veggie meals a day, all made with real care—think food that actually helps you bounce out of bed and not hate those early yoga classes. Most of the stuff is sattvic (basically yogic-speak for super clean and calming), often organic, and when they say fresh, they mean it—like pulled-from-the-earth-this-morning vibes. No meat, fish, eggs, etc.

At Pratham Yoga, they ask everyone to leave the animal stuff at home to keep the sattvic, peaceful atmosphere flowing. Some days you will sip cozy turmeric milk, other times it is juice or freshly brewed herbal tea — always something that feels like it is hugging your insides. Meals are not just food here, they are a daily reset — eaten together in a mindful, chill atmosphere. You cannot help but slow down and notice what you are putting in your body again.
