Cleo Sofie
Cleo (she/her) is the owner and director of Rainbow Body Yoga, she's has B.A. and M.A. in Yogic Studies. She's been teaching yoga for 15 years and practicing for 18 years. She took her first class at an instructor's house tucked in a magical forest near Canaan, NY. The connection with the birds, the stream running outside, the breath, and the yoga postures expanded her awareness and consciousness. Her love for yoga blossomed and brought her to complete her 200-hour YTT from Kripalu in 2011 and a couple of years later to Naropa University where she received her 1000-hour YTT.
