Ashtanga vinyasa flow yoga:
Vinyasa flow is characterized by flowing poses and sequences linked to the breath. Through the flowing movement from one pose to the next, the focus is brought to the inhale and the exhale. Classes include the regular linear Ashtanga sequence and more creative expressive vinyasa forms.
