Students will be staying at Rishikesh Yoga Association during the course period. The school is privileged with a location that is close to the famous Laxman Jhula bridge and the local market of Rishikesh.
They have twin shared rooms and private rooms for the students who will be staying here during the course. The rooms are spacious, bright, and outward-facing rooms. The room comes with two separate beds in twin shared accommodation and a big single bed in private accommodation.
Both categories of rooms are fully equipped with an attached bathroom with a western toilet and hot shower, a balcony with a mountain view, and an independent entrance. Students are offered a bed sheet, pillow cover, towel, toilet paper, blanket, and high-speed Wi-Fi during their course of stay.
Program
The 300-hour yoga teacher training course program goes with a schedule where six to seven training hours are assigned to each aspect of yoga during the day. You can find this course intensive but enlightened in training. Your yoga class starts in the morning with breathing practice, followed by a few yoga asanas, meditation, and theoretical classes.
Daily written homework is also ideal because, in this way, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of this subject. Early sleeping is encouraged because it is part of yoga practice.

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), the closest and most convenient airport for you to fly to. If you are visiting India for the first time, then it is better for you to take a flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED) in Dehradun (a city nearby), and from there, it is a 30-minute drive by car, so you save a hustle.
Delhi airport to Rishikesh by car is a 6-hour journey. Rishikesh Yoga Association has a transportation package for 120 USD which will cover your airport pick-up, transfer from Delhi to Rishikesh (by car), and after completion of the course transfer back from Rishikesh to Delhi. One-way transportation i.e. Delhi airport to Rishikesh is also available for 60 USD.
In case, your flight arrives late at night and you want to stay overnight in Delhi, the airport pick-up cost will be 25 USD and reasonably good accommodation at a hotel in Delhi can be arranged for 40 or 50 USD.
