Rishikesh Yoga Valley will provide you either a shared two-bedroom or a private room (some with a balcony) within their school, each with an attached bathroom and hot shower, Wi-Fi connection, and fan. Kamal Negi
Growing up in a mountain village near the holy city of Rishikesh, India, Kamal got access to the ancient yoga tradition from a very young age. He lived in Jai Ram Ashram for six months where he got certificated in traditional Hatha yoga. Motivated and inspired to learn more, he attended a 200-hour teacher training for multi-style yoga training. Further, he was blessed to get trained in his everyday practice from Ravi Ji in Hatha yoga and Pravin Nair in Iyengar style for several years. Finally, he completed his higher studies in M. A Yoga post graduation, at Uttarakhand Open University.

Rishikesh is the holy city and the world capital of yoga. It is gifted with the pure energy of the surrounding Himalayas and the holy river Ganga. Its special sacred energy invites yoga practitioners and truth seekers from around the world. The school is located in the heart of Rishikesh, yet only a fifteen-minute walk away from the tourist center, in a calm and quiet area surrounded by beautiful green forest mountains.

You will receive three fresh satvik vegetarian meals, herbal tea, and purified water every day included in the price. As you follow a yogic way of life, Rishikesh Yoga Valley will provide you with sattvic, organic, and mostly plant-based food (exception is traditional organic Indian milk tea), juices, and herbal teas, following the principles of Ayurveda and a balanced nutritional diet. All their fruits, vegetables, cereals, and teas are fresh and from local farmers. They strictly do not use meat, eggs, spices, or coffee, and they ask their students to follow these requirements during their stay with them in their school.
