Christine Anderson
Christine found her way to the life-changing practice of yoga as an unruly teen in the suburbs of Chicago. She was an avid Ashtangi before she discovered her passion and love for the creativity of Power and Vinyasa flow. Christine is an uplifting yoga instructor whose passion is teaching Bhakti Vinyasa-based classes that focus on devotion, breath, alignment, and yoga philosophy. Her Vinyasa flow classes will leave you with a sweaty glow and sense of release, while her Restorative classes and gong baths will have you feeling blissed and grounded. She carries over 1000 hours teaching experience.
