You will be offered a deluxe clean room with Western facilities at Samadhi Yoga Ashram. An attached bathroom and toilet will be in the room. There are air-conditioned rooms with an extra electricity fee. If you want private accommodation, you should request it earlier. There will be an extra charge for the private accommodation.

Program
During the 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, each day is carefully structured to create a balance between physical practice, theoretical learning, and inner exploration. The schedule is designed to help students build discipline while also allowing time for rest and self-reflection.
Morning Routine
The day begins early in the peaceful atmosphere of Rishikesh with traditional yogic practices.

Yogi Vishnu Panigrahi
Vishnu was born in a Brahmin family in a village in the western region of Odisha. He was greatly influenced by his grandfather’s guidance in meditation. He is often seen serving food and water to wandering sadhus at the Radha-Krishna Temple constructed by his grandfather, to listen to their travel stories of spirituality. He is now famous in the spiritual circle as Yogi Vishnu Panigrahi. Yogi Vishnu has traveled extensively to deliver lecturers on spirituality, yoga, meditation, and inner-faith. At present, he is deeply dedicated to guiding disciples at Samadhi Yoga Ashram.
Yogi Ashutosh Ji
Ashutosh Mishra born and bought up in Rishikesh, known as the international capital of yoga. It was in his genes to enjoy and explore the great ancient art of yoga, and he is strongly rooted in Hatha yoga and Therapeutic yoga. His style is dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing and alignment for the body and health condition of the person. He was introduced to yoga at a very tender age. So his father enrolled him at the University of Patanjali. He spent three years at the University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in yogic science.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Dehradun Airport (DED). Pick up from Dehradun airport is included. Transfer to this airport from the school is offered at an additional cost of 18 USD.
Transfer from and to Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) is also offered at an additional cost of 80 USD. Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) is 250 kilometers from the ashram, but there is a direct flight to Dehradun Airport (DED). From there, by taxi is 15 kilometers.
Arrival by bus
You can also reach Rishikesh by bus from the Interstate Bus Terminus in Delhi. Take a Volvo or any luxurious coach from Delhi to Rishikesh, but a bus journey can be very tiring.
Arrival by train
You can also take the train from Delhi to Haridwar, which is 25 kilometers away from Rishikesh. Haridwar is linked to many major cities in India. From Haridwar, you can hire a taxi, or Samadhi Yoga Ashram can also send a taxi to pick you up on request in advance. The taxi charges from Haridwar to Rishikesh will be 20 USD.
Arrival by taxi
You can request a taxi to pick you directly from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to the ashram, which costs 3500 INR. Samadhi Yoga Ashram can also send a taxi to pick you up from the bus terminus.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
