Pritam Rawat
Pritam is a native of Rishikesh. Living in the ashram district, he started yoga at a very young age, in contact with the best yogis in the city. Yoga changed his life and kept him on the right path. He has more than 10 years of experience now and will teach you yoga (asanas, pranayamas, Kriyas) with passion. Yoga is his way of being and living.
Flo
After 15 years of practicing sophrology, Flo discovered yoga. She decided 3 years ago to go to Rishikesh to learn more about yoga. She didn't know that this trip to India was the beginning of her spiritual journey and a radical change in her life. After teaching in France, she has been spending her time between Les Sables d'Olonne in France and Rishikesh for more than 1 year. She continues to train (just completed 500 hours) and teach. Flo is a sound bowl healing therapist.

The food in Satvik Yogshala India is made with love that you can feel in every bite. Food is an important part of yoga that helps to awaken your energy. They buy vegetables from the local farmer of the Himalayan mountain so that they can be supported financially and the ashram can get organic vegetables.
The ashram does not serve coffee and non-vegetarian products. The herbal tea may help you to make yourself new in this month of training. On Sunday, they serve only breakfast so that you can enjoy the taste outside in the beautiful cafes, and also the cooking team enjoys the time to rest and spend time with their family.

Arrival by train
From Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), another good option is to travel by train. You can reach the train station by car. Then, you can take the train to Haridwar. From Haridwar, you will reach Rishikesh by taxi.
Arrival by bus
From Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), another convenient option is to take a bus, preferably an overnight bus, to Rishikesh from Delhi. The bus stand is 15 minutes away from Rishikesh Market.
