Just like this hidden haven, the school provides a nurturing environment where students can connect deeply with themselves, explore yoga holistically, and grow with guidance and support.
This is a Canarian family-owned and operated school, and from the very beginning, everything is created from the heart. With a maximum of nine students per course, classes are intentionally small to allow personal guidance, meaningful connections, and a learning experience designed around each participant. Here, teachers are always known, and they remain present throughout the journey—even beyond the course, as ongoing connection and support for students are valued as they grow.
Shambhala is the only yoga school in Spain offering certified 50-, 200-, and 300-hour courses with Yoga Alliance. The teachers bring years of international experience and a passion for sharing yoga in a safe, respectful, and inspiring way.
Located in beautiful Los Realejos, Tenerife, the school is surrounded by the island’s black sand beaches, lush mountains, and vibrant nature, creating the perfect backdrop for reflection, learning, and transformation. The school offers cozy, comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms, reliable Wi-Fi, a refreshing swimming pool, and plenty of peaceful spaces to relax, reflect, and connect—both with oneself and with other students. This warm, welcoming environment sets the school apart from larger schools or chain-style programs and makes every stay feel personal and restorative.
Here at Shambhala, yoga is more than a practice—it is a journey taken together, guided with care, attention, and love.
All prices include the use of the swimming pool, garden, and barbecue area. A washing machine is available at the school. Clothes are washed every week and returned as fresh as possible. This way, full attention can be given to learning, enjoying, and growing during the course.
