Yuli
Yuli (RYT1000, E-RYT500, founder of the AYAMA® Method) focuses on the “witness observer attitude” and meditation in movement. Her style blends intuition with tradition and draws from varied disciplines. Since 2018, she has studied with Sri Dharma Mittra, Yoshio Rama, Vinay Kumar, Carmen Aguilar, Andrei Ram, Angelica Soler, and others. Yuli blends the Hatha Raja and Dharma approaches to pranayama with Prana Vashya Vinyasa and Mandala yoga movement. A respected Pilates instructor and trainer of Aerial Pilates and Sadhu Board, Yuli inspires students to reconnect with themselves.
