Shiv Tattva Yoga School suggests arriving between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This gives you enough time to check in, settle into your room, and get familiar with the area before orientation.

Prajwal Pathak
Prajwal Pathak is an Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher and Reiki master. Born in Morang, eastern Nepal, Prajwal Pathak discovered yoga in 2019 as a simple step toward better health but it soon became a journey of self-realization and inner peace. Through dedicated practice, he completed the 500-hour training, specializing in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga, and deepened his expertise in Reiki and sound healing.

Taxis are easy to find outside Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the school.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
