This 250-hour teacher training program is designed to provide a comprehensive and transformative learning experience for aspiring yoga teachers over the course of 28 days. This beautiful yoga ashram, Shiva Yoga Goa, located in the coastal town of Arambol, Goa, where along with a licensed yoga teacher training under Yoga Alliance, participants also experience real yoga through community living celebrating ceremonies, morning poojas, silent hours, and by taking care of medicinal plants and rescued animals. Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.

This is an enriching 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training course (TTC) in the serene setting of Arambol, Goa. This transformative experience combines a diverse range of yoga styles, ensuring you develop a well-rounded practice and teaching approach. In addition to the core 200 hours, immerse yourself in 50 hours dedicated to Aerial yoga, Yin yoga, and Ayurveda, allowing you to explore and deepen your understanding of these unique practices. With expert instructors and a supportive community, this is the TTC you’ve been waiting for to elevate your journey in yoga and wellness.
At Shiva Yoga in Goa, skilled and certified instructors will lead you through a comprehensive journey into yoga philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, teaching techniques, asana practice, pranayama, and meditation. Shiva Yoga’s program focuses on developing skilled and motivated yoga teachers.

Note: schedule can be changed according to the group, weather conditions and facilitators.
Karma yoga is mandatory for all participants.
Silent mornings: no phone usage until breakfast.
Graduation requirement: students must meet grading criteria for certification.
Course details:
Each course includes two batches with a capacity of 15–20 students:
- Batch 1: Beginners (100, 200 hours and retreat students)
- Batch 2: Advanced (200, 300 hours and intermediate students)
If total enrollment is below 20 students, the courses will be combined.
Separate classes are conducted for anatomy, philosophy, Ayurveda, adjustment, and alignment for Batch 1 and Batch 2 students. Asana practice, outings, and workshops are combined.
