Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a profound practice that combines deep relaxation with heightened awareness. It is a systematic method of guided meditation that takes you into a state of conscious sleep, where you experience a profound sense of calm, rejuvenation, and self-discovery. In our Yoga Nidra course, you will embark on a transformative journey of understanding and learning how to facilitate this powerful practice for others. The 50-hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is open to yoga teachers, dedicated practitioners, wellness professionals, and beginners eager to explore its benefits. It is also ideal for those looking to refresh and deepen their practice or for anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of this powerful relaxation and meditation technique.
Shree Hari Yoga provided accommodation is uncomplicated yet cozy, ensuring comfort and cleanliness while being conveniently located near the school. Options include double and single rooms, each equipped with an attached bathroom featuring either Indian or Western-style toilets, along with hot water showers. While some accommodations may have shared bathrooms, the majority offers private facilities. Additionally, Wi-Fi access is available.

You’ll also address common questions about Yoga Nidra, clarifying misconceptions to provide accurate guidance. Finally, you’ll design and craft your own unique Yoga Nidra scripts, tailored for specific intentions and audiences, allowing you to offer personalized experiences in your future teachings.

Guru Hari was raised by a Nepalese father and Indian mother in a cross-cultural context near Rishikesh. From an early age, Hari rejoiced in and sung mantra. Presently, Guru Hari teaches traditional Hatha yoga combined with classical knowledge, experiential understanding, and wisdom, as well as a modern outlook. Please book your flight to arrive at Dharamshala Gaggal Airport (DHM), which is about 12 kilometers south from Dharamshala and about 10 kilometers north of Kangra, Himachal Pradesh town. Other airports are Chandigarh International Airport (IXC) and Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).
To reach Dharamshala by train, one has to reach Kangra, Himachal Pradesh town by Kangra Valley Railway line from Pathankot, which is 94 kilometers away and then take a bus or a taxi. Pathankot is a broad gauge railway head. There is another railway line from Pathankot to Jogindernagar, a part of the Mandi District of Himachal Pradesh, which is a narrow-gauge line. The nearest station to Dharamshala on this line is Chamunda Marg, half an hour away, where a Shaktipitha is; the town is well connected by road to other parts of the country.
