Course overview
This 24-day (23 night) Yoga teacher training course offers a balanced mix of theory, practice, and teaching tutorials. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what yoga truly is, experience its transformative power, and develop the confidence to guide others. It’s a challenging journey, but they believe they’ve crafted the ideal program to set you up for success.
Rooted in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and based on the Hatha yoga tradition, the 200-hour training also includes a strong focus on meditation, with 27 hours dedicated to meditation practice - the most meditation time offered in any YTT course in Bali. You will also have classes in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Kundalini Yoga for you to explore more modern style of Yoga.
While the course is intensive, they also want you to enjoy this unique experience. That’s why they’ve included optional relaxing weekly activities like sound healing and yoga Nidra and two Sunday excursions, so you can unwind without needing to plan anything yourself. The program is fully inclusive, covering everything in one package.
They also believe in the power of small groups for a supportive and effective learning environment. Each training session is limited to 15 participants to ensure you get the attention and care you deserve.

Practical and tutorial classes

The tutorial classes (asana lab and meditation lab) blend theory with immediate practice. In these sessions, you’ll learn how to perform specific postures correctly (or meditation techniques), including modifications, contraindications, and benefits. You’ll then practice these postures right away with hands-on guidance and corrections from your instructor. This is the perfect time to ask questions and take notes.
Practical classes, on the other hand, are purely about practice - no note-taking needed.
For pranayama (breathing exercises) and shuddi kriyas (cleansing practices), you’ll engage in these practices during the daily morning sessions, with the theory being covered separately as you study the Hatha yoga texts.
