About the training
This training will immerse you in the eight-limbed path of Patanjali, deepening your practice and refining your teaching skills. You will study the Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika while mastering pranayama, meditation, and asana sequencing to confidently guide others.

Instructors
Andrea Lynn Bourget
Andrea is the director of the school and teaches various aspects of the training, such as anatomy and moral philosophy. With over 10 years of teaching experience, she now specializes in yoga teacher trainings. Passionate about Eastern philosophy, Andrea earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy and furthered her studies with a teaching degree in India and a teaching qualification in Barcelona. She holds a Master’s degree in yogic science.
