Slow-moving asanas are a characteristic feature of Yin yoga, which practice the muscle tends to stay in active poses for a long time affecting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia. It suits the dynamic type of yoga practice and helps to balance the muscle tension, mind, and nerves, besides giving time, patience, and awareness in one’s life.

This Yin yoga program is designed to cater to yoga practitioners and educators who want to receive new knowledge and then introduce it into their practice and teachings. Yin Yoga is a transformative and meditative practice that focuses on stillness, surrender, and deep tissue engagement. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice where postures are held for extended periods, typically ranging from 2 to 5 minutes or longer. This allows for deep stretching and opening of the body, targeting the connective tissues, fascia, and joints, rather than the muscles.
