Food
Choosing a vegetarian diet can lead to better health. It helps lower the risk of many diseases like heart problems, diabetes, and cancer. Plus, it can help you avoid high blood pressure and obesity. Eating plants is also easier on your stomach. Meat can make your immune system less effective, make you tired, and slow you down.
Why Yogis Prefer Vegetarianism
People who do yoga want to feel their best. Yoga is great for this, and so is eating vegetarian. Yoga does more than make muscles look good; it keeps your insides clean, helps your digestion, boosts blood circulation, and makes your immune system stronger. A vegetarian diet supports all these yoga benefits.
