The word “yoga” in itself is like a complete science that unites body, mind, soul, and universe. The history of yoga is about 5,000 years old, known in ancient Indian philosophy as the practice of mind and body. Different styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
In recent years, yoga has carved a niche for itself as a form of physical exercise and today, it has become popular around the world as a practice that promotes better control and well-being of the mind and body. There are many different types of yoga practice.
Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word 'yuj' which means the union of the soul with god - that is, yoga has so much power that it can make you attain immortality. Some people misunderstand yoga as a simple exercise, but it is much more than that. Yoga is primarily a spiritual discipline, in which the full essence of lifestyle has been assimilated.
This 100-hour course summarizes all of the basic concepts of yoga. The main objective of the course is to make you aware of the concepts of yoga and spirituality. It aims to create in you an understanding of the depth of knowledge of the principles of yoga and the lifestyle that a yogi follows.
The course will open your doors to the field of yoga, bring you physical and mental ability, and let you discover the ancient practice of yoga.

Yoga needs positive energy, hard work, and dedication. To get this, one should eat the right food. Now, you might be thinking about what the right food is. In the Hindu Vedas, it is said that food is Brahma - that is, god. If food is taken in a good mood-inducing, energetic, clean, and peaceful place, then it is like nectar.
Yoga is completely related to diet. There is an old proverb, "What you eat, so becomes your mind." This means that what type of food one takes, their mind will become like that. The real meaning of yoga is the regulation or control of the mind. Thus, it is clear that to control the mind, it is necessary to practice both diet and yoga.
It is clear that those who love concentration, peace, and health of mind must make their diet sattvic, balanced, and natural.
