Accommodation

Private Cabanas

The private cabanas are simple yet charming Thai-style bungalows, tucked into the gardens and built from natural materials that blend into the surroundings. Each has its own balcony with space to lounge or sway in a hammock, offering a sense of privacy and connection with nature.

With hot water showers and rustic comforts, they give you a peaceful retreat while keeping the barefoot, laid-back vibe of The Sanctuary.

Dorm

The dorm is a simple, open, and communal space that captures the essence of The Sanctuary’s laid-back, nature-immersed atmosphere. With shared sleeping arrangements, fans to keep the air moving, and easy access to bathrooms, it offers an option for those who enjoy a more social setting.

Staying here gives you the chance to connect with fellow community members while still being just steps away from the beach, yoga shala, and restaurant.

Program

Wholesome Alchemy's RYT teaches on traditional yogic principles and history, along with embodiment and integration of personal truth. Offering the most authentic yoga teacher training available in an intimate container.

The 200-hour training covers:

  • 8 limbs of yoga
  • Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
  • History and philosophy of yoga
  • Meditation
  • Pranayama
  • Dharma and karma
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Sequencing and cueing
  • Alignment
  • Teaching methodology
  • Lifestyle and ethics
  • Chakras
  • Kirtan
  • Energetics and traditional practices to elevate consciousness and guide oneself and others into union.

This well-rounded training will give you the understanding and confidence to find your own voice within the practice. To implement and understand the rich history, along with the courage to offer your own self-expression.

To move beyond the Western practice of yoga and to return to its roots. They need you to understand that Yoga is not a workout, even though it does offer many health benefits. However, these are simply benefits, not the purpose of the practice.

  • Yoga is a way of being.
  • Yoga is an opportunity to live in union with everything around you and within you.
  • Yoga is who and what you were born as.

If you understand this or desire this understanding, then this is the training for you.
