Craig is registered with Yoga Alliance with over 45 years and 15,000 hours of yoga teaching and yoga teacher training. He has studied Sivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yoga Flow styles. For five years, he has also studied Chinese yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. He has taught yoga teacher trainings in Baja, Mexico for the past 20 years. Mercy Ananda (M. A., E-RYT 500) is a highly trained yoga teacher trainer and mantra musician, as well as a certified sound healer. She performs on the many kirtan albums produced by the Mount Madonna Center, Hanuman Fellowship. She is a member of the Sacred Sound Choir with Karuna Ault and chants on their "Mahamrityunjaya Healing Mantra" album. Mercy also performs on many other kirtan albums including the "Shri Ram Jaya Ram" album by Shri Anandi Ma. Mercy has a daily yoga sadhana of asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation, and mantra.
