This short but intensive course (for adults) is designed for anyone who wants to learn to teach yoga to children. The Yoga Academy International Children’s Yoga Teacher Training covers extensive materials in yoga, including asana, meditation, pranayama, music, and philosophy and delivers them in a way that is comprehendible and fun for children. The focus of this awesome program is to help bring mindfulness and yoga to kids in a practical and non-denominational way and to teach a full children’s yoga class.

Take the course via Livestream or watch the replays in your own time. Bring out the child in you as you become a children’s yoga teacher! This course will be taught by Yoga Academy International’s founder / director, Lauren Rudick.
