What’s in the course?
- History philosophy of Tantra yoga
- Tantric meditation and kriyas
- Tantra and Hatha yoga pranayama (breath work)
- Shiva and Shakti energy, how to cultivate them and infuse them into practice
- How to sequence Tantra-Vinyasa yoga classes
- Sacred sexuality
- Theming and designing Tantra-Vinyasa yoga classes
Upon completion, eligible yoga teachers will receive a Tantra-Vinyasa yoga teaching certification. If you are not a yoga teacher, you can still take this course for personal interest and to deepen your practice and you’ll get a certificate of completion.
This training is also one of the elective modules of the advanced 500-hour yoga teaching certification. In taking this training you will gain 60 hours toward your 500-hour certification.

Nancy Goodfellow
Yoga director and co-owner of Pranamar Villas and Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica, Nancy is extremely well known for her inspiring and creative daily classes, workshops, and retreats, with students both locally and internationally. Her 20 years of committed practice, thousands of hours of training, and continual curiosity toward life’s most mysterious aspects are all part of why she has so many devoted students. She began her Yogic studies in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition under the guidance of her first teachers, Dominic Corigliano, Tim Miller, and Pattabhi Jois.
