Course overview
Transform yourself into your best version and embrace a life-changing journey. Elevate your yoga practice with authentic Hatha and Ashtanga, discover the secrets of the Indian culture, join a mindful community, and emerge as a certified yoga teacher.
Generally, yoga teacher training courses (YTTC) are rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. However, the approach goes beyond, offering in-depth learning and practice in these modalities. The curriculum is extended to cover additional styles like Yin yoga, AcroYoga, yoga Nidra, and more, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
Moreover, essential aspects such as pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodologies are explored, as well as the study of mantras and mudras.
Yoga Gau's 100-hour YTTC is a great way to start your yoga journey, especially if you are new to yoga or if you don’t have a lot of time. It is also perfect for people who are already practicing but cannot commit to a full 200-hour or 300-hour course. This short but powerful training will give you a deep experience in a short amount of time.
You will learn important practices like ushad krama (cleansing techniques), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Vinyasa Krama, and Vinyasa flow. Yoga Gau will also include yoga philosophy and teachings that connect your body, breath, and mind.
This course is not just a training. It is a challenge. It’s made to help you grow, build discipline, and understand yoga in a real and practical way. Many of Yogi Bipin JI's students have found this course very meaningful, and he hopes that it will help you too. This is your 100-hour yoga teacher challenge.
