Course overview
The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is built on the foundation of traditional yoga, offering a deep and immersive learning experience. This is where the art of teaching is refined, with a focus on precise alignment, effective cues, and the integration of advanced pranayama techniques. The program includes the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga, along with deeper explorations of pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Krama Yoga. Beyond physical practice, the training includes profound philosophical discussions and meditation to enhance both understanding and application.
This is not merely an extension of a 200-hour training—it is an entirely different journey. Over the course of four weeks, a new level of study is introduced, designed to challenge and elevate the practitioner’s skills. The training is intense, requiring dedication and commitment, and is open to anyone who has already completed a 200-hour certification. For those ready to go deeper, refine their teaching, and expand their knowledge, this course offers the next step.
