This 21-day Hatha yoga course honors this timeless lineage while meeting modern needs with compassion and clarity.

Location

Yoga with Srinatha is located in Mysore, which stands for serene beauty and calmness in the air. Mysore is the heritage capital of Karnataka and is famous for its Dasara legacy. This city is a center of peace and learning, perfectly in line for a yoga practitioner. Located very conveniently, one could reach Mysore by train, bus, plane, or other private transport systems as the city has good connectivity. People here are so warm and friendly that you could get invited for a meal or coffee. The food here is close to nature, and they ensure you get organic, healthy food cooked with love. This place will inspire you towards a lifestyle of calmness and tranquility, and can help you attain the mind-body-soul balance.

Every day you will be served three vegetarian meals included in the price. The food will be simple, non-spicy, and will be prepared in Yoga with Srinatha's own kitchen. They will cater to all diet types, including vegans.

How to get there

Arrival by bus

There are direct buses from Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) to Mysore. It takes 800 INR (12 USD) for four hours at certain times. You will have to call them by phone when you get on the bus to Mysore to confirm your bus number and arrival time at Mysore. If you are coming from Bangalore City, please take a bus to Mysore from the Satellite bus station.

Arrival by train

Yoga with Srinatha recommends traveling by train from Bangalore City Central Station to Mysore: Indian Railways.

Arrival by taxi

From Mysore to the ashram, Yoga with Srinatha can organize a taxi for 2500 INR (35 USD) per hour.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 20 days before arrival.
