21 Day 200-Hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course in Mysore, India
Yoga Teacher Training Course in India
Ashtanga Yoga was revived in the modern era in Mysore under the guidance of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and his student Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Rooted in discipline, breath, and sequential movement, Ashtanga evolved into a structured practice system where asanas follow a set sequence, each preparing the body and mind for the next.
