Yoga with Srinatha offers a very cozy and comfortable stay during your yoga teacher training course. Rooms are very spacious, tidy, and well-furnished, with an attached balcony and bathroom with the facility of Western toilets (hot water and cold water).

Besides these, bedsheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, induction stove, fridge, table, and chair will be provided to the students. A common washing machine to wash your clothes and free Wi-Fi facilities are also available.

Yoga with Srinatha's headquarters is in Mysore but they have branches in Bangalore and Rishikesh and a few other centers in the country.

Yoga with Srinatha’s 21-Day Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course brings the essence of the original Mysore style into a guided, supportive space where tradition meets mindful awareness. Students will explore the Primary Series with techniques, alignment, breath synchronization, drishtis, and philosophical depth—building strength, stamina, and meditative flow.

The retreat will take place in Mysore, India, the Ashtanga yoga capital of the world.
