Stay in serene and comfortable rooms for a complete retreat. The idea behind Yogagarghi was to create a space where yoga is not just taught, but lived as a way of life. Over the years, they have understood one simple fact: that people don’t want just information - they desire transformation. And, transformation happens when you are completely immersed in that process.

This is why their focus is not on how to “do” yoga, but on how to be a yogi. The path that they take is simple but deep and scientific, yet spiritual. For them, yoga is not something to be just performed physically. It is a way to live, to breathe, to reflect, to spread, and ultimately, to become.

  • Simple, yet profound - Because truth doesn’t need complexity to be felt
  • Scientific, yet spiritual - Where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding
  • Practical, yet sacred - Grounded in daily life, yet rooted in timeless depth

Yogagarhi provides clean, comfortable accommodation with all the necessary facilities. Accommodation options include single and double rooms with attached bathrooms, hot showers, and balconies. You will also get views of nature. Also, each room is equipped with daily essentials, like clean linens and towels, toiletries, and a welcome kit.

You can access free Wi-Fi on all the floors. Laundry service is offered at an extra charge.

Program

YogaGarhi stands for living yoga, not just learning it. The program is designed to help students refine their personal practice while developing the clarity, confidence, and sensitivity needed to teach yoga with integrity. Rather than focusing on rigid sequences, the training introduces multiple yoga styles, allowing students to understand the principles behind movement, breath, and alignment.

Daily meditation, pranayama, and mindful self-study form the foundation of the course, supporting inner awareness, emotional balance, and presence. Yoga philosophy is approached as a practical life tool, seamlessly integrated into daily routines and real-life situations.

A strong emphasis is placed on micro-teaching, helping students gradually find their authentic teaching voice and develop skillful observation and communication. Functional anatomy is taught with awareness, ensuring safe, intelligent, and sustainable practice.

Beyond the shala, curated excursions across Bali offer a conscious way to experience the island’s culture, temples, and landscapes making the environment an active part of the yogic journey.

This 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is ideal for seekers who value depth, transformation, and a premium, meaningful yoga education.

Course overview

Yogagarhi's 200-hour yoga teacher training course (YTTC) is a program made for both beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. The 200-hour YTTC is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow. It will provide you with a strong technical and spiritual foundation. It will feel less like a course and more like a retreat wherein you learn, practice, and grow. Students of all levels will develop a personal connection with yoga.

Following a multi-style and integrated approach, this course will cover all essential aspects of yoga, including the theoretical fundamentals, breathing control, sequencing and adjustments, etc.

The 200-hour YTTC has a comprehensive curriculum. It encompasses both the technical rigor (attention to detail) of advanced practice and the depth of yoga as a lifestyle. This course is not just about becoming a yoga teacher; it's more about deepening your understanding of yoga, enhancing your own practice, and attaining clarity about life. With this course, you will eventually connect with yourself on a deeper level.
