You’ll learn the basics of Ayurveda, practical tips on how to run a yoga class, teaching tips, and tricks. They will give you the plan to start your own yoga class and implement all the learning. The course includes basics of classical Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga primary series, Anatomy and physiology of yogic science, Mantra chantings, the science of Breathing, shat kriyas, yoga philosophy, foundational text Patanjali yoga sutras, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and yoga teaching methodology. Please book your flight to the nearest airport, Trivandrum International Airport (TRV), which operates several international and domestic flights. You may hire a prepaid taxi or an AC Volvo bus to Paravur or Varkala. You may also take a train from Trivandrum to Paravur.
