At Aayaa Yoga, they have designed a small course for students who cannot attend the long course. The Aerial course is designed for students who would love to learn aerial yoga which is a modern fun way to practice this wonderful lifestyle.
Aerial Yoga also referred to as Fly Yoga, is beneficial for achieving a total-body workout by suspending oneself in a hammock two to three feet off the ground. The fabric acts like a swing, offering slight stretchability for flexibility and easy movement. This dynamic relationship with the ground enhances body awareness and understanding.
Aerial Yoga also has major health benefits by allowing one to stretch and strengthen the body, it also does not stress the joints or compress the vertebrae. The hammock acts as a support system for people with back pain or back disorders. Once you get a little practice, Aerial yoga is fun and filled with the benefits of yoga poses. Inversions were never so easy.
At AAYAA, the mission is to foster a deep sense of self, well-being, liberation, and education in all students through the embodiment of ethical values. The team consists of highly qualified trainers from diverse backgrounds, each with personal and academic experience. The 50-hour Aerial with Acro Yoga Teacher Training is beneficial for beginners and intermediate students who aspire to teach yoga as a career, as well as for those looking to deepen their practice and enhance their quality of life.
The organizers have contributed to their life’s purpose through the 50-hour Aerial with Acro Yoga Teacher Training course, designed to transform participants into the most powerful, authentic, and impactful versions of themselves. Upon completion, students will receive registration with Yoga Alliance Certification.
