The ashram provides lodging facilities to students. A student is provided with an independent section in a room. Every room has three beds. The students may also be accommodated in a dormitory-style room with six beds. A bed, mattress, blankets, sheets, and pillows are also provided. The room is self-contained with an attached toilet. The dormitory will have two bathrooms. Hot water is available for 24 hours in every bathroom. Clean drinking water from the Ashram water reservoir is available, which is filtered in the ashram. Clean and modest arrangements are provided.

Whether your goal is to teach yoga professionally or simply deepen your personal understanding, dedicating time to structured learning significantly enriches your yoga journey. At Bharat Yogavidya Kendra (BYK), under the direct guidance of Sri M, you engage with yoga in the traditional Nath lineage, learning practices that have been carefully preserved and shared through generations.

The course is a fully immersive program for those who wish to dedicate themselves completely to yoga. Set in the peaceful Madanapalle campus, you will practice yoga each day through a structured routine that integrates practice, study, contemplation, and community interaction. The immersive environment, away from everyday distractions, supports deep transformation.

The training will take place in Madanapalle, India.

Food

You will be served daily meals included in the price. The kitchen serves pure vegetarian food following the yogic lifestyle. The food is balanced and non-spicy, rich in vegetables, and low in fat. The daily diet consists of various seasonal fruits and vegetables, lentils, various beans, whole wheat, whole grains, oats, rice, ghee, and cow milk. Note that the ashram does not provide coffee. The food supplied is rich in nutrition and minimally processed. Bharat Yogavidya Kendra places great emphasis on maintaining a highly nutritional and balanced diet.

The menu is highly diverse and you will get to experience a range of dishes over the course of your stay with them. The diet is suitable for all, however, if a student has any allergies or problems, then their needs will be catered to the best of availability. They provide mineral or purified drinking water. Herbal tea is provided during the mid-day break. Complete silence is maintained in the dining room during the meals.
