About the course
This experience is open to practitioners of all levels, teachers seeking to enrich their practice, and any seeker with an open heart. No prior experience or knowledge of yoga or meditation is required: only a genuine desire to experience this. On this special occasion, you will be part of a space for learning, rest, and reconnection with your purest essence, in a lush setting on the banks of the sacred Ganges River, surrounded by mountains and serenity.
During this journey, you will enjoy daily practices of Hatha yoga, Yoga Nidra, pranayama, mantra chanting, moments of contemplation, and deep meditation. You will also experience local cuisine, designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. In addition, there will be free time to explore nature, hike the area's mystical trails, and immerse yourself in its purifying waters.
Study, rest, and discovery
These days will be a combination of training and personal experience. You will learn new techniques, delve deeper into traditional practices, and reflect on various themes from ancient Indian philosophy, opening new perspectives on your path of self-discovery and search for meaning. It is a period dedicated to returning to the essential, regaining inner balance, and exploring your full potential. You will have time to rest, take walks, study, and explore the city.
Tradition and teaching
The teaching team for this yoga retreat in India will consist of local teachers from Rishikesh, with extensive training in yogic tradition, as well as Spanish-speaking teachers who will share their vision and experience. Classes taught in English will have simultaneous translation into Spanish, ensuring that all content can be fully understood, regardless of your language level.

Juan Martin
Juan Martin trained as an Integral yoga teacher in the City of Buenos Aires. After that, he completed a teacher training with Noah Mazé (200 hours), where he acquired his YA certification. In 2023, he completed his 300 hours of YA in Rishikesh, India. Juan is also a lawyer; he enjoys writing, teaching, and research. In this particular field, he is interested in aspects such as the philosophy of yoga and the teaching of ancient traditions in a simple way to spread a modern perspective of yoga.

The course will take place in Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh is located in the state of Uttarakhand, in northern India, about 240 kilometers northeast of Delhi, right where the Ganges River flows down from the Himalayas.

Arrival by bus
Buses depart from the Kashmiri Gate terminal in Delhi. The journey takes between five and seven hours.
Arrival by train
Travel to Yog Nagari Rishikesh station or Haridwar (a 45-minute taxi ride from Rishikesh). Travel time is four to seven hours, depending on the service.
Arrival by taxi
Take a one-hour flight from Delhi to Jolly Grant Airport (DED), then a 45-minute taxi to Rishikesh. From Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), it is recommended to travel by taxi for five to six hours to the retreat center.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
